How do I create an account? We made creating an account with Personal Care Wholesaler easy. To join us, simply click the “Register” tab at the top of our homepage to complete the form. You will be asked for your name, address, phone number, a valid email address, and a password of your choice. Once you've registered, you will be able to log in as an existing customer to place your orders online and check order statuses. What forms of customer service do you offer? Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 PM EST. You may contact them by (800) by emailing sales@personalcarewholesaler.com. For your convenience, you may send a message directly through our website form via the “Contact Us” tab at the bottom of our homepage. If calling, please have your order number available, if any, so we may expedite service. What is Personal Care Wholesaler’s return policy? Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, sealed packaging with original invoice. To return an order, please contact our customer service department for a return label. Upon receipt and inspection of your order, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to you. Please be aware that any orders opened, used, or past 30 days are not eligible for return. What if my order is defective or arrives damaged? In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department. An associate will be glad to issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the order. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a full refund plus shipping costs. What forms of payment do you accept? Personal Care Wholesaler accepts American Express, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard payments. Please contact our customer service department directly regarding wire transfer payments. How can I track my order? Once your item ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the tracking number and carrier of your package. Some orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping and tracking information are also available under the “Order Status” tab at the top of our homepage. When do orders usually ship? Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. (Monday-Friday excluding national holidays) Any order placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately with a revised ship date. What if I need an item that is not on your website?
