PersonalCareWholesalers.com is required to charge sales tax on orders shipped in the state of Texas. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining states will not be subject to sales tax. PersonalCareWholesalers.com is committed to maintaining the highest level of customer service and timely shipments. Orders will usually ship within 3-7 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday excluding national holidays. Any order placed after 1:00PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you with a revised ship date. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any items on order. Eligible orders over $250.00 qualify for free ground shipping to addresses in the Continental USA. Orders that require special delivery options will not qualify for free shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Orders may arrive in separate shipments. We also offer UPS next day air, second day air, and 3 day shipping. The rates for these methods are calculated based on the weight of the order and the distance of the ship to address. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of any item that could present a hazard during transportation. Since orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states are sent exclusively by air, DOT-restricted items cannot be shipped to those areas. DOT-restricted items include flammable substances and products in pressurized containers. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
